What is the Vision for the Program?

As iQmetrix grows, so do our expectations of our partners. We are committed to serving our partners and helping our customers succeed. The newly developed program will allow for collaboration with our respective departments – sales, marketing, support, service, and development – assuring our partners are present in our go-to-market strategy and activities. Our goal is to offer a partner program that is “multi-streamed” to help partners grow their business around RQ and XQ. The iQmetrix Partner Program has two tiers, Select and Elite, each with minimum criteria and benefits to let partners achieve a level of engagement that suits their needs.

Program Tier Description

In order to improve on our existing partner program, we have introduced two partner tiers based on points for marketing, service and sales activities. A points-based partnership program makes achievements transparent and improves performance tracking.

Select Partner Level

The Select Partner level will be the initial tier for all new iQmetrix partners, and covers all the marketing and sales activities needed to be a successful iQmetrix partner. We offer you an optimal mix of benefits, including customized sales contests and promotions designed to support your business model and to help your business growth through integration with RQ or XQ.

Elite Partner (Invitation Only)

The Elite Partner level is by invitation only. It includes partners that have consistently delivered exceptional customer service and exceeded performance targets. Having Elite status means we can go further to drive joint success and provide you with benefits exclusive to Elite partners. The ultimate goal of the Partner program is to encourage and support all of our partners -- all partners are eligible for Elite Partner status.
