Here’s what’s covered

  1. Hardware repairs: Get fast, convenient repairs using genuine Samsung parts, from Samsung’s authorized technicians.
  2. Mechanical malfunction or defects: If a device is experiencing a mechanical malfunction or defect, including battery failure, we’ll repair it. There are no limits for service requests due to mechanical malfunction or defects, provided they are not protected by the manufacturer’s warranty. A service fee applies to all service requests.
  3. Up to two service requests per year for physical and liquid damage: Customers can make up to two service requests for physical or liquid damage per year, to a maximum of four throughout the lifetime of the plan. A service fee applies to all service requests.
