With Express Replacement service, Apple can usually replace the customer’s device the next business day if needed.  Because Apple makes the hardware, the operating system and many of the applications customers use, no one else can provide such an amazing service and support experience. AppleCare+ extends the AppleCare experience to the customer’s home, hotel room or other location.

Customers can get help online, at any Apple Store, and Apple Authorized Service Provider worldwide – they can even schedule a call and an expert Advisor will call them back.
