Valor Communication

Supply Chain

Valor Communication makes the accessory wall the easiest part of running a wireless store. Retailers get one partner for the whole category — the product on the peg, the brands that fill it, and the replenishment decisions behind it — instead of managing a dozen vendor relationships and guessing at stock levels. Because Valor manufactures what it sells, partners get launch-day availability, pricing that holds through cost swings, and someone accountable when product needs to move. And working with Valor is built for how wireless retail actually operates: no minimum order quantities, flexible payment terms, and free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more.

About Valor Communication

Founded in 1997, Valor Communication is a vertically integrated wireless accessory manufacturer and distributor headquartered in City of Industry, California. Valor runs its own factory, in-house product development and design, and 250,000+ square feet of fulfillment across California and Texas, reaching more than 21,000 retail locations. The catalog spans 16,000+ active SKUs across protection, power, audio, attachables, and wearables, anchored by six in-house brands — MyBat Pro, MyBat, AmpNergy, echelon, baseline, and EcoBlvd — alongside curated third-party brands. Valor also develops custom, private-label, co-branded, and licensed programs. Nearly three decades in, Valor remains one of the few accessory partners that builds the line directly, not just sources it.

Valor Communication Solutions

Valor’s VMI program takes accessory inventory planning off the retailer’s desk. Valor monitors store-level performance and places orders on the retailer’s behalf, working from load-in and min/max levels set collaboratively at the outset and re-tuned as each device moves through its lifecycle. Recommendations are built on actual sell-through rather than forecasts inherited from a previous season, and every VMI account is assigned a named inventory analyst who watches performance week to week. Because Valor manufactures the product it replenishes, there is no third party between a stock decision and the shipment that follows it — which shortens the gap between identifying a gap on the peg and closing it.

  • Weekly replenishment recommendations built on store-level sell-through, delivered through the iQmetrix integration
  • Load-in and min/max levels set collaboratively, then adjusted as device demand shifts
  • Sell-through and performance reporting shared openly with the retailer
  • A dedicated inventory analyst on every VMI account
  • Factory-direct replenishment — no distributor layer between decision and delivery

Valor builds product, not just assortments. In-house industrial design, engineering, tooling, and packaging capability means a retailer can move from concept to a shippable, retail-ready SKU without assembling a chain of vendors. Programs range from private-label lines carrying the retailer’s own brand, to co-branded product, to fully licensed collections. Design Lab, Valor’s print-on-demand product platform, works two ways: a curated catalog of 500+ designs with new designs launching every quarter, plus full custom capability for retailers who want to create their own artwork for a specific region or market. For retailers looking to differentiate an accessory wall that otherwise looks identical to the store down the street, this is the lever.

  • Private label, co-branded, and licensed program development
  • In-house industrial design, engineering, tooling, and packaging
  • Design Lab — curated catalog of 500+ designs with new designs launching quarterly
  • Design Lab Custom — retailers can create their own designs for a specific region or market
  • Exclusive licensed collections
  • Build-to-suit product for specific channel or price-point gaps

Stocking the product is half the job; selling it is the other half. Valor supports partners with the merchandising and training infrastructure that turns an accessory wall into attach rate. That includes planograms and fixture support, in-store marketing materials, front-line training, product guides, and instructional video, plus pre-launch campaigns timed to new device releases so associates are ready before launch day rather than after it. Ongoing research into device demand and accessory lifecycle feeds assortment recommendations — colors, designs, and price-point mix — rather than leaving retailers to interpret the data themselves. Every partner gets a dedicated account representative, backed by demand planning, product marketing, customer service, and an accounting team that handles terms, credits, and program reconciliation.
