iQmetrix ranks among 50 Best Small & Medium Employers in Canada for third straight year
VANCOUVER, BC -- Dec. 5, 2012 -- iQmetrix is pleased to announce it has ranked 24th among the 50 Best Small & Medium Employers in Canada for 2013. This marks the third year in a row that iQmetrix has made the Top 50 list, ranking 10th in 2012 and 24th in 2011 as well.
The annual list is determined by AonHewitt and the Queen’s School of Business, in partnership with PROFIT Magazine. AonHewitt and Queen’s surveyed participating companies’ employees, HR team and executives to measure overall employee engagement and a number of other factors.

About the 2012 Best Small & Medium Employers in Canada study:
The study is conducted by the Queen’s Centre for Business Venturing, the Queen’s University School of Business and Aon Hewitt. Organizations that have operated in Canada for at least three years and have between 50 and 399 Canadian-based permanent employees are eligible to participate. The 2013 study marks the 8th time the study has been conducted.
