Remote Pay Terms of Use

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THEM, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR USE REMOTE PAY. BY PROCEEDING WITH YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF REMOTE PAY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS BELOW AND CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN PERSONAL INFORMATION.

YOU ARE ONLY AUTHORIZED TO USE REMOTE PAY IF YOU HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY WHERE YOU ACCESS REMOTE PAY AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND THE TERMS.

These Terms of Use are part of the End User License Agreement (located at www.iqmetrix.com/legal/general/eula) governing your use of the Services as defined therein. These Terms of Use apply specifically to your use of Remote Pay, which is considered a Service under the End User License Agreement. By accessing or using Remote Pay, including contributing materials and/​or personal information to Remote Pay, whether your own or on behalf of another entity, you represent and warrant that you have full power and authority to enter into these Terms of Use and you agree to be bound by:

These Terms of Use may change from time to time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time in our sole discretion by posting the most recent version. The modified Terms of Use will supersede any other version and will become effective as of the last updated date indicated. Your continued use of Remote Pay following these changes constitutes acceptance of the Terms as they exist at the time of your usage. You agree to review these Terms of Use on a regular basis and remain in compliance with any modifications.

In case of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of these Terms of Use and any provision of the rest of the Terms, the provisions of these Terms of Use will prevail.

Financial Transactions

Your Payment Information

When you pay for or close a transaction, you agree to pay the total authorized payment amount (“Payment Amount”), and you authorize iQmetrix to tokenize and transmit your payment information (such as your card number, billing address information and CVV number) to a payment processor in order to charge the Payment Amount to your credit or debit card. Through this process, your payment information may be provided to financial institutions, processors, payment card associations, and other entities that are part of the payment or transfer process including the payment processor, and your payment information may be transferred, processed and stored outside of Canada or the United States on servers in Canada, the United States, or other countries, and may be subject to disclosure as required by applicable law.

Posting User Content

User Data

You may enter your own information (“User Data”) into Remote Pay. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter User Data into Remote Pay and to disclose User Data to iQmetrix.

Prohibition

User Data is considered User Content under the End User License Agreement. When Posting User Content, you represent and warrant that you will abide by the prohibitions set out in the User Content section of the End User License Agreement.

Your Personal Information

Personal Information” is information that directly or indirectly identifies you or can be used to identify you as an individual.

We provide Personal Information to our agents, technology vendors and other service providers on a need-to-know” basis for the purpose of providing Remote Pay and operating our business. For example, business analytics platforms, fraud detection and prevention firms and other vendors that help us improve our products and services and protect against fraud or misuse. These service providers are required to keep your Personal Information confidential, and may not use it for any purpose other than to perform services for us or as otherwise required by law.
