Meet Your Company’s New Brain: Everything We Announced at the 2026 Telecom Industry Address

On Oct. 28, we held our 2026 Telecom Industry Address and Product Announcements in two live virtual sessions, one for North American audiences and one for European audiences. One theme ran through all of it: intelligence.

First, the reality check

Our fourth annual research with TelcoTitans went global this year: 335 organizations across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, up from 119. The headline? Confidence is high. 94% expect commercial revenue to grow over the next three years.

The catch? 95% increased their unified commerce investment, and only 49% can point clearly to measurable impact. The leaders, about a quarter of respondents, see it differently: 78% call a single integrated commerce platform a critical priority, versus 46% of the mainstream.

The answer is intelligence

So how do you close the gap between investing and proving it? Not with another system of record. With a system of intelligence: your information, plus the context only your people have, turned into action at the right moment.

Think of it as a new brain for your company. It remembers what has happened, senses what is happening now, and knows how to act, with your people approving every step. Here is what that looks like, role by role, starting at the sales counter.

Sales Associate: a point of sale that speaks up

iQ Storefront

Most point of sale systems wait to be asked. iQ Storefront speaks up.

  • Every deal, one flow. Every sale type, plus deposits, pre-orders and pickups. No swiveling between carrier tools and your point of sale. Sell now, finish later, and the sale never walks out the door.
  • Approvals that mean something. Rules are set once and enforced at the counter. Big discount? It stops and asks a manager, who signs with their own PIN. No more shared code that unlocks everything and records nothing.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later at the counter. Klarna and Affirm, through iQ Pay. Klarna studies show in-store signage can lift volume by more than 80% and average order value by 135%. Want it on before the holiday rush? Call your account manager.
  • 50+ features shipped in the past year. Odds are something you asked for is already in.

Repair Technician: fix the phone, keep the customer

Service and Repair, an iQ Storefront module

People keep their phones 3+ years now. A cracked screen or a dead battery is your chance to keep the customer, or hand them to someone else. Service and Repair, a module in iQ Storefront, builds repair right into the sale.

  • The repair bench. A feature of Service and Repair: one guided flow from intake to quote, claim and pickup. Device and coverage remembered, so nobody starts blind.
  • Claims filed from the job. Insurance and warranty claims go straight from the repair job to partners including Assurant, Asurion and Google. No second system. No retyping.
  • Every job visible, so any technician can pick up the next one.

Inventory Manager: AI inventory agent

Balancing stock takes hours, so most weeks it doesn’t happen. Spreadsheets, emailed transfers, four reports stitched together by hand.

Ivan, our AI inventory agent, reads stock and sales across every store, every day. Here is the insight: most “stock problems” are really placement problems. The fix is to move phones to where they sell, not to order more. Ask Ivan to balance your stores and it builds the transfer plan using your minimums, priorities and stores. Nothing moves until you say yes.

Operations Manager: iQ Hub

iQ Hub

iQ Hub is the backbone of your back office. It sees every sale, payout, repair job and setting across every store. Now it puts all that to work.

  • Reporting, delivered. Group and filter any field, save views, schedule reports to your inbox, and run the big ones in the background. A new data field takes hours, not a custom project.
  • Visualize. Dashboards at every level of the business, built on the same reporting data. Spot trends and track key metrics over time.
  • Ask in plain words. The AI agent built into iQ Hub answers questions like “which stores had unusual sales last month?” No report to build. No analyst to wait on. The answers come from the same governed data as your reports, so the numbers match, and each one comes with a next step.
  • Repair in the back office. Track every job across stores. Add your own services and parts in a few clicks and share them everywhere instantly. One repair flow dropped from 14 clicks to 2 after a week of feedback.
  • Permissions, rebuilt. Grouped by role. Set up a new hire without a ticket, with iQ Hub and iQ Storefront access in one place.

Finance Manager: iQ Pay for Back Office

iQ Pay

The same payments platform your stores already use, now working for finance. One processor, one set of books, every store.

  • Smart Payout. Payout sweeps set up automatically on your account’s time zone.
  • Accelerated payouts. Get paid as fast as the next day.
  • Invoicing. Create an invoice in iQ Hub and send a secure payment link by email or text. Customers pay by card, digital wallet or installments through Klarna or Affirm. No more card numbers over the phone. We are welcoming our first clients into the pilot now.
  • Recurring invoicing. Coming soon: bill monthly warranty and protection plans on a card on file.
  • Simplified reconciliation. Coming soon: payouts matched to your bank.

HR Manager: Stratus HR

New partner integration

Stratus HR, a complete, outsourced HR department, now connects to your point of sale. New hires flow straight in. Hours flow into payroll. No double entry.

Supply Chain Manager: Valor Communication

New partner integration

Valor Communication restocks your accessory wall based on what actually sells. Nobody reorders by hand.

Corporate/C-Suite: Channel Management, our vision for the future

Channel Management

Our vision for the future is channel management: one experience everywhere, with seamless handoffs from web to app to chat to store. When a carrier introduces something, every store should get the same product, price and promo, and a customer should get the same answer everywhere they ask. It takes the whole ecosystem to get there, and a system of intelligence that carries context from one channel to the next.

Underneath it all: intelligence built in, with people in control

We could have bolted AI onto our old systems and called it intelligent. We rebuilt the foundation instead. Every sale captured as it happens. One shared memory of your business. Modular pieces built on our own SDK. Your rules set once, so they apply to people today and to agents next.

Each role will have its own agent with its own tools, rules and data. You would not ask one person to be a sales rep, an inventory manager and a bookkeeper all at once, so we do not ask one agent to either. And because AI agents can act, not just answer, we built in the controls your stores already rely on:

  • You decide. The agent recommends. You approve, change or reject.
  • It shows its work. See what it looked at, the rule it followed and what it ruled out.
  • It keeps the record. Every decision is logged, with who approved, changed or rejected it.
  • We test it. Every version takes an exam before it ships. Newer models run quietly alongside today’s and only take over if they are better.

We are also opening our SDK to partners and commerce customers, so you can build what your stores need on the same foundation.

Where we’re heading

We are building AI agents for every area of the business, in the front of house with iQ Storefront and in the back office with iQ Hub. In iQ Hub, that means district views, longer reporting history, ready-made role templates, and dashboards you build yourself and pin to your home screen. At the counter, it means an AI sales assistant where the cart builds itself, with the next best step right on screen. And beyond your own four walls, your agents will work with your customers’ own AI agents.
