Join Us on a Photo Tour of the Stunning Venue for SummitX 2025

Although the most important factors in attending a conference are the learning and networking opportunities, we all know that the location and hotel have to be incredible on top of that. 

When it comes to deciding whether to register for SummitX 2025, the venue is bound to play a part in the decision making. Will the rooms be comfortable? Will there be great amenities? Will there be wonderful space for rest and play, as well as business and knowledge gathering? 

And for those of you who attended last year’s amazing event, at a gorgeous desert resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, you may be wondering whether the new location of this year’s event will be just as fabulous. 

The answer to all the above is: absolutely, yes. 

A picture speaks a thousand words, so join us on a photo tour of the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California. You’ll get a visual image of this magical place and the experience we have in store for you.

After a 30-minute drive north of San Diego International Airport, you’ll arrive at the 400-acre resort (top image and below).

The inviting lobby will greet you with warmth and elegance as you check in and get oriented.

If you’re lucky, you’ll get a room with a great view of one of the championship golf courses…

… or a spacious suite with a living area, and French doors onto the gorgeous landscaping. 

After some rest, you might enjoy a bite at one of the resort’s six eateries, such as warm and stylish Bar Traza… 

…or outside on Bar Traza’s beautiful terrace, because it’s a balmy California evening…

… or maybe the cozy but elevated dining at Bob’s Steak and Chop House. 

For those who have signed up for the Golf Welcome Activity, you’ll have the privilege of playing on one of Omni La Costa’s championship golf courses, which are breathtaking.

Hopefully, you’ll get a chance to relax in one of the resort’s eight (yes, EIGHT) beautiful pools that are spread around the property. They range from family-friendly splash zones to serene spa pools to cool adult-only swimming spaces. 

We’ll be hosting our Sunday night Welcome Reception in the beautiful Main Plaza, which is graced by a huge fountain. 

When the SummitX sessions start on Monday morning, you’ll show up at what looks like a sprawling Spanish-style villa complex, but is in fact the resort’s world-class Costa Del Sol conference facilities.

Our key sessions, such as the iQmetrix Telecom Industry Address and the keynote presentations, will take place in the Costa Del Sol ballroom. 

The sessions and networking will keep you busy, but hopefully you’ll have time to explore this beautiful property a bit further…

… and admire its Spanish-style architecture, including tiled murals and exterior staircases. 

For our legendary Monday night party, we’ve chosen a spectacular spot: the Palm Promenade, with its soaring palms, glittering pool, and epic golf-course views. 

After two days of learning and networking, and a drink at the cocktail farewell, hopefully you’ll have time to savor the award-winning spa, if you haven’t already. Given that the event room rate is such a steal, why not book another night and stay for some extra relaxation? The spa is truly beautiful, with its own pool and cafe terrace.

Maybe you’ll make use of the incredible athletics facilities, or challenge your colleagues to a tennis or pickleball game? There are plenty of courts available. 

Or, if you’re so inclined, squeeze in another round of golf before your journey home. After all, there are two golf courses! 

It’ll be sad having to say goodbye to such a magical spot, but we know you’ll take away memories that will last for years to come - along with all those new business connections!
