Vancouver’s iQmetrix acquires Web Werkz

IQmetrix, Vancouver company that specializes in developing in-store interactive displays for retailers, has acquired Web Werkz, a Vancouver company that develops websites for wireless retailers.
IQmetrix specializes in developing interactive experiences for retailers, allowing customers to both browse products in-store while also browsing online or finding out more information about products through in-store touchscreens.
Web Werkz develops sites principally for independent wireless retailers and includes e-commerce.
“We are extremely excited about this acquisition, which will leverage Web Werkz’s demonstrated expertise in e-commerce,” saids iQmetrix CEO Christopher Krywulak.
“IQmetrix solutions focus on creating great in-store experiences for the retailer, retail staff and the end consumer, and now with Web Werkz, we can extend those experiences to the online channel.”
