BOPIS and Curbside Pickup help wireless retailers satisfy a customer’s need for an alternative retailing method by allowing a customer to complete a transaction online but pick up the item in-store, while Curbside Pickup means a customer won’t have to enter the physical retail space to receive their items. RQmobile enables sales associates to complete transactions on a mobile device rather than a static point-of-sale workstation, enhancing the customer experience and reducing wait times.
