RQ is the retail management software currently used in a majority of UScellular’s authorized agent stores across the United States.
The integration creates a single point of system data entry during customer interactions, providing a more efficient point-of-sale experience for UScellular authorized agents using RQ and speeding up the customers’ purchasing and activation journey.
This new process makes the task easier for the store associate, reduces the opportunity for human error, and creates a quicker and more seamless experience for customers.
