iQmetrix Honored as One of North America’s Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces
Chicago, IL — June 8, 2023—iQmetrix, North America’s leading provider of intelligent retail management solutions for telecom, has been named one of North America’s top 50 employers in the Inspiring Workplaces awards, announced June 7 at a gala ceremony in Chicago.
iQmetrix was ranked in joint 26th place in the overall top 50 rankings, which are judged by an independent judging panel.
The top 50 companies celebrated at the awards also included such major brand names as Verizon, Kroger, AllSaints, Experian, Federal Reserve Bank of NY, Union Pacific, and Anheuser-Busch.
For the Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2023, organizers asked judges to assess entries on six key elements that they said are fundamental to creating an Inspiring Workplace. These are:

- Leadership
- Wellbeing
- Inclusion and Diversity
- Communication
- Employee Experience
The judges commented on iQmetrix’s entry, “We enjoyed reading that iQmetrix is working towards becoming a fully self-managed organization. Really progressive work and culture. Love some of the concepts like ‘trusted vacation’.”
