Optional Feature and Opt-In
iQmetrix offers access to Buy Now, Pay Later services (“BNPL Services”) through designated third-party providers (each, a “BNPL Provider”). BNPL Services are optional and are enabled solely at Merchant Customer’s election.
BNPL Services are provided directly by the applicable BNPL Provider and not by iQmetrix. iQmetrix’s role is limited to facilitating BNPL Services by making it available within the iQmetrix platform as a technical integration. iQmetrix does not extend credit, determine eligibility or terms, or act as a lender, broker, or agent in connection with BNPL Services. iQmetrix reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to designate, add, remove, or replace BNPL Providers.
BNPL Provider Terms
The use of BNPL Services is subject to the respective terms and conditions of the applicable BNPL Provider (the “BNPL Provider Terms”):
(a) Affirm, Inc: Affirm Buy Rate Terms
The Merchant Customer is solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and complying with those BNPL Provider Terms that are applicable to that Merchant Customer’s use of a BNPL Provider’s BNPL Services. Any and all BNPL Services transactions are conducted exclusively among the BNPL Provider, the Merchant Customer, and the end consumer, as applicable, and do not involve iQmetrix nor any agreement between the Merchant Customer and iQmetrix.
The Merchant Customer’s continued use of the BNPL Services constitutes acceptance of the BNPL Provider Terms.
iQmetrix bears no responsibility nor accepts any liability that may arise as a result of the Merchant Customer’s use of any BNPL Services provided by any BNPL Provider, including any consumer disclosures, billing, payments, collections, refunds, chargebacks, or dispute resolution.
