If your job application is not successful, Chrysalis will retain your Personal Information after the application process for the purposes of (i) contacting you for future job vacancies, (ii) meeting recordkeeping requirements, and (iii) for potential use in legal proceedings. Applications will be automatically deleted after 1 year, unless manually flagged and kept for one of the purposes above.

This Policy will change from time to time, for example, to maintain compliance with applicable law and regulations. We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time in our sole discretion by posting the most recent version (which shall supersede any other version and become effective as of the last updated date indicated) on the website.
