VFS Digital Design alumna (and past Impact Award winner) [Cherie Korol](http://cheriekorol.com/) is feeling pretty proud right now about [iQmetrix](http://www.iqmetrix.com/)​’s [XQ Browse for iPad](http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/iqmetrix-unveils-solutions-that-bring-online-and-mobile-experiences-in-store-150195865.html) design being such a hit at the [International CTIA Wireless 2012](http://www.ctiawireless.com/) convention last week (May 7 – 10, 2012 at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, New Orleans, Louisiana).

Cherie tells us: ​“I was tasked with writing the requirements (designing the wireframes) and creating the over all look and feel (Interface design) for the XQ Browse for iPad. Optimized for iPad 1/2 & 3, XQ Browse was unveiled this week at CTIA Wireless as part of a bigger retail solution showcase.”

“You may be familiar with our[ desktop offering of Browse](http://www.iqmetrix.com/products/xq/browse), which was already in place before I started here at iQmetrix. I was tasked with bringing Browse to the tablet space late last year and have been working on it since. I worked closely with (Digital Design Industry Mentor) [Anne Forkutza](http://www.vfs.com/programs/digital-design/faculty/view/1127) to solidify the requirements and bring the project to fruition. Although Browse tablet is now just in beta, we’ll be moving forward with making it a permanent part of our retail solution here at iQmetrix. I’m very happy to have worked on the project, and feel somewhat beside myself when I see people using and testing Browse on the New iPads. Livin’ the dream :)”
