The annual Best Small & Medium Employers study **ranked iQmetrix 24th among the 50 Best Employers** across the country, in this size category. The Small & Medium Employers category is reserved for organizations with 50 to 399 permanent employees. The study measures employee engagement, based on employees’ degree of intellectual and emotional commitment to their workplace. This ranking is a significant win for iQmetrix, in addition to being **ranked 14th** in the **PROFIT 100 – Canada’s Fastest-Growing Companies** list in June of this year. In fact, **iQmetrix is only the third company in the last five years** to make it to the Top 25 of both the 50 Best Small & Medium Employers and the PROFIT 100 in the same year. “This is a tremendous honour for our company because it’s really a testament to all the people working here,” says iQmetrix President and CEO Christopher Krywulak. “We have grown as a company and accomplished this together.
