   The most recent Global List of PCI DSS Validated Service Providers, issued by Visa on Dec. 7, listed iQmetrix as a compliant company since Aug. 31.

The Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) is a set of industry tools and measurements that help ensure the secure transfer of sensitive credit card data.

This is the first time iQmetrix has appeared on the Visa-PCI DSS list. Each compliant service provider must revalidate its status on an annual basis.

In order to become validated, iQmetrix invested significant resources over an 18-month period and succeeded in demonstrating a high degree of:

- adherence to industry standards
- commitment to continued compliance and quality data security
- fraud prevention measures on behalf of customers; stringent protection of credit card data
