   VANCOUVER, BC - Nov, 14, 2013 - iQmetrix has been ranked [40th on the 50 Best Small & Medium Employers in Canada list for 2014](http://www.profitguide.com/manage-grow/human-resources/meet-canadas-smartest-employers-2014-59150/5). This is iQmetrix’s fourth consecutive year on the esteemed list.

AonHewitt and Queen’s surveyed participating companies’ employees, HR team and executives to measure overall employee engagement and a number of other factors. The program is open to companies with 50 to 399 Canadian employees.
