   Tony Wanless’ piece ​“When Change Equals Business Growth” in [this month’s issue of *BC Business*](http://www.bcbusinessonline.ca/2011/03/07/change-equals-business-growth) examines the process by which iQmetrix adapted to better serve the rapidly changing needs of its customers: wireless retailers.

This process, which began last year, included opening a new head office in Vancouver, tapping into the city’s pool of technology developers (and increasing staff by 60 percent), developing a mobile version of RQ4 (called PocketRQ) and starting to build a new, interactive retail platform called XQ, as well as an enterprise-level version of RQ4.
