Handset protection and replacement programme specialist eSecuritel has integrated its mobile phone insurance services into retail management services provider iQmetrix’s retail management software, RQ4. The integration will enable mobile retailers in the US and Canada to enroll mobile subscribers in eSecuritel’s handset protection programmes. RQ4 is a software service designed for mobile retailers to manage people, business processes and decision-making. With this integration, eSecuritel’s protection programmes will be added directly into the point-of-sale module of RQ4​’s retail management system, making it one-step process for sales representatives to enroll subscribers. And with eSecuritel’s Handset Issue Tracking System (HITS), retailers can manage all aspects of the mobile phone insurance programme from subscriber enrollment to claim fulfillment. Retailers can access eSecuritel’s web-based reporting tools, which provide real-time information about an insurance programme’s performance.
