   VANCOUVER, BC – April 16, 2013 – iQmetrix is pleased to announce its newest partner, Chatterspot, whose customer loyalty and marketing automation software will soon be integrated with RQ4, iQmetrix’s industry leading retail management solution designed for wireless retailers.

Chatterspot is a division of TEGA Technologies, a California-based marketing automation software company founded in 2003. The company offers wireless retailers multi-channel targeted marketing services.

“Chatterspot’s SMS and email marketing solutions are a great fit for RQ4. Our client base is often looking for better ways to connect with their customers – on the very phones they sell them,” says Christopher Krywulak, iQmetrix’s President and CEO. ​“Chatterspot helps make that outreach process easier for our clients.”

The Chatterspot-RQ4 integration is slated for the upcoming version of RQ4 (v4.13). It will provide customized enrollment forms within RQ4 to turn customers in to preferred members. Upon registration, the customer will be labeled a ​“member” within RQ4, and will immediately receive a welcome text and/​or email message. The data collected during enrollment will then automatically trigger unique targeted, personalized messages via text and email.
