Non-Sellable Reason Codes

In the most recent update of RQ, we’ve added Non-Sellable Reason Codes! Cool!

These reason codes will really enhance your Non-Sellable Product Report by including with additional reasons and comments as to why a product just didn’t fly off the shelf.

Here’s all you need to do. Go to:

Settings Console
Company Settings
Refunds to turn this option on
Settings Console to find the Non-Sellable Product Reason Code Setup.

Once you’re there, you can create the reason codes you require. That’s it!
