Christopher Krywulak on stage

iQmetrix President and CEO Christopher Krywulak took the stage to speak about "Trends in Wireless Retail."

"Over the past couple of millenia, retail hasn't changed much," said Christopher. "Merchants set up shop and people exchanged money for goods. This has stayed the same. In the 20th Century, of course, mail-order catalogs and online shopping were major developments in the retail world.

"Now with the widespread use of smartphones, retail is going through its biggest shift in history."

Free The Children making an impact in rural India

iQmetrix received a video update today from Free The Children Co-Founder, Marc Kielburger*, filmed directly in India. Free The Children is a Canadian non-profit group -- founded in 1995 by Marc's younger brother, Craig (who was 12 at the time) -- that enables children in North America to take action to improve the lives of fellow children overseas.

Attracting and Retaining the Best Talent in the Marketplace

“We work with a million kids around the world and what we’ve learned about this generation – the Millennial generation – is that it’s made up of really engaged, global citizens.”

What started as one Free The Children club in one school, is now (15 years later) 4,000 clubs in 4,000 schools.

“When you see these issues, through the eyes of a kid, you understand why they’re important.”
