The iQmetrix Customer Success Team is made up Customer Success Managers (CSMs) specialized to help you in every area of your business.

Once the launch and implementation process is complete, a CSM is assigned to your company. Your CSM will assist you in the following ways:

  • Conducting regular meetings to build relationships and look for opportunities to add value
  • Database reviews to ensure optimal use of RQ4.
  • Consulting you on Value-Added Products and ways to enhance your RQ4 experience while and increasinge profits.
  • Coordinating professional services and facilitating training basedbased on your company’s needs.
  • Playing an active role in resolving issues and addressing concerns outside of the standard support channel.
  • Resolving other support issues that escalate beyond the iQmetrix Support Team.

Your CSM works directly with you and your staff to ensure maximum success through your use and understanding of iQmetrix software and services.
