iQmetrix is proud to introduce PocketiQ, a new application that gives you access to RetailiQ on your BlackBerry® Smartphone or Motorola Q! View real-time reports and dashboards, create activities, access customer, product and employee information and more, all on your BlackBerry® or Motorola Q.
Ideal for many departments in your wireless retail business, PocketiQ allows executives and managers to access and securely interact with key operation and strategic company performance metrics, for effective, real-time decision-making. Mobile sales and service teams can access detailed customer profiles, services requests and product information for efficient sales and service calls. PocketiQ enables your front line staff to access customer, product and inventory information without having to occupy a POS terminal.

Quick Search:
Three convenient search functions have been created so that your sales force and service team can easily access customer, product and employee information when they are out in the field. If you have a mobile sales force or service team, this will undoubtedly improve their performance.
Customer Lookup:
- Search the customer - view contact details and purchase history
- Create activities to immediately handle customer requests or complaints in the field
- Edit customer contact information or notes
- Update the status of a service request or sales opportunity
- Determine where a customer address is located by linking to Google Maps
Product Lookup:
- Search by keyword, product SKU, or barcode
- View the current selling price for the location logged in
- View quantities in stock, on order, on backorder, on RMA, in transfer and on consignment
- Check availability for other locations that have the product in stock
- View commission for the item
Employee Lookup:
- No need to call the store to get a number for an employee you are trying to contact
- Send an email to an employee directly from the employee details section

Your workbench will display information that is specific to RetailiQ processes like follow-up, activities, service requests and sales opportunities.
Company News:
Keep up-to-date with company information from the RetailiQ intranet – including new bulletins, store level contests and company-wide contests.
Real-Time Reports:
Like the in-depth reporting and analytics in RetailiQ, the essential core metrics for monitoring your cellular business are provided in PocketiQ. Executives and store managers can view the performance of stores and employees, at their fingertips!
Performance Metrix:
- Results for all performance groups assigned through Metrix Management
Executive Dashboard:
- Gross sales today and percentage comparisons over the same day last year
- Value of shrinkage for the month and year
- Transfers that are committed, but not completed
- Number of cash outs that are not yet reconciled... and more!
Store Dashboard:
