Implementation & Training

Implementing new cellular retail software can be a challenging process; therefore iQmetrix offers an extensive training program to ensure a successful fit with your cellular business. With RetailiQ Accelerate you will receive a custom database setup and access to an extensive library of online video training tools. You will have one iQmetrix implementation expert assigned to your wireless business that will provide you with a one-on-one custom training program designed to suit the needs of your wireless retail business.

You will also have access to the knowledgeable software support and network services teams to ensure the software implementation process is smooth and painless. After implementation and once you have been live with RetailiQ Accelerate for one month iQmetrix will perform a database review and provide tips on how to increase efficiencies and profits. After one year you will obtain a complete progress and database report prepared by the iQmetrix Professional Services Team.

Support

Critical support is part of the RetailiQ Accelerate software package including telephone and e-mail support, a web-based self-care centre and extended business hours self-care centre. Your support package includes 48 support resolutions/year.
