RQ Tips: Product Tracking Report

The Product Tracking Report allows RQ users to track the history of a certain mobile number, serialized device (SIM, Phone, etc…) or an individual product SKU.  This report is very helpful when researching history of a mobile number, RMA requirements, and device history multiple product with the same SKU.

Example 1 – Track a mobile number:

Type the mobile number into the “tracking #” field and set the search criteria - Location and the date range.  The report pulls data regarding the serach criteria outlining time and date, SKU assigned to the mobile number, type of transaction, transaction #, and a few other details. 

Example 2 – Track a device serail number:

Type or scan the device serial number into the “tracking #” field and set the other search criteria -  Location and the date range.  The report pulls data regarding the serach criteria outlining time and date,location, SKU, type of transaction (this is very helpful for devices), transaction #, and a few other details. 

When requesting an RMA number from a vendor this report can provide key details needed to complete your RMA. 

Helpful information for an RMA:

  • Purchase Order date and details
  • Vendor
  • Sales invoice
  • Refund invoice

Example 3 – Track a product SKU:

Type, scan or search for a product SKU to input into the “product SKU” field and set the other search criteria -  Location and the date range. The report pulls data regarding the serach criteria outlining time and date, location, tracking # (this very help when researching multiple devices), transaction type, transaction #, and a few other details.
