Digital Media Solution for Wireless Retailers to Enhance the Customer Experience and Accelerate Sales

The customer facing screen solution is integrated with iQmetrix’s retail management software, RQ4, allowing iQmetrix clients to engage their customers at the point of sale with relevant information.

Wireless dealers can use the innovative displays to walk customers through the check-out process, allowing customers to view their invoice during the transaction to ensure order accuracy. The RQ4 suggestive sell feature will display related accessories and up-sell offers to customers during the check-out process, increasing accessory sales and attachment ratios for dealers.

The integrated solution also allows dealers to play digital advertisements on a rotating basis between transactions, educating customers about featured products and services, current promotions or company news.
