Talk to any U.S. Cellular agent and they will tell you things are great in their world.
It is really not surprising that U.S. Cellular continually ranks among the leaders in customer satisfaction: Their agents are so dedicated.
That was the overwhelming theme heard recently at the Illinois Regional meetings in Bloomington, where more than 100 agents converged on this small Midwestern city to hear of the corporate strategy and attend workshops to better prepare them to compete.
Of course, what would an agent meeting be without some giveaways and a large vendor involvement. Close to 20 vendors attended and iQmetrix was on hand to witness the event and to rub shoulders with our friends at U.S. Cellular, and talk with our many satisfied customers.
We are always thankful for the people who pull these events off and no one is more deserving of our thanks than Josh Hawn (left) and Richole Madison for all of their hard work. These two, along with support of others at US Cellular, work extra hours to ensure everything goes smoothly. Look forward to seeing you again next year.
