The very first retailer we had a chance and pleasure to work with was Wireless Communications, which invited our team to take over a district and run it for six months. We have not only implemented all parts of the iQmetrix ecosystem – our software and partners’ solutions – we also worked to train staff around best practices in retail operations and customer experience.
Over the course of the 6 months sales increased by 14% while gross profit increased by an incredible 19%. Another important thing to note is that not all of the successes we saw can be measured with hard numbers; staff productivity increased, internal communication improved and the overall customer experience was enhanced.
