The recent MetroPCS agents meeting at the awesome Hollywood Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, took on a carnival air as more than 200 agents gathered to celebrate their success in the South Florida market.
MetroPCS COO Tom Keys was on hand, along with other dignitaries, to kick off the celebrations. iQwaldo (a.k.a. Ken Burdon, iQmetrix's North America Field Sales Manager) was in attendance and had the opportunity to discuss RQ4 and XQ Interactive Retail with a very receptive audience.
MetroPCS is one of the fastest growing carriers in the US and is very focused on customer service and the experience customers have during the buying process. The latest XQ platform from iQmetrix is a great fit for their plans to enhance customer loyalty and experience and offer state of the art technology in the retail environment.
Mike Khalil (foreground right) along with his brother Sam (left) and some of their team from All You Can Talk Wireless, were present to accept their share of the awards and partake in the festivities. All You Can Talk Wireless is one of the premier MetroPCS agents in the area experiencing tremendous growth.
iQmetrix is very appreciative of the efforts and lengths our friends at MetroPCS will go to in order to make these events enjoyable for all, and this one was no exception. There are many who put in extra time and effort, but we especially want to thank Nicole Farmer of MetroPCS for her dedication and tireless efforts to pull this off. Not only is it a very fun event, but all attendees are made to feel very special. Our hats are off to you Nicole.
