RSR is inviting retailers "of all stripes, sizes, product segments and store-to-channel ratios" to participate in the study's 5-7 minute anonymous survey.
The purpose of this study is to determine what eCommerce processes and technologies are helping retailers in their efforts.
"While virtually all retailers expect more revenue to ultimately come from the online channel than ever before, they are more challenged than ever to keep up with evolving consumer behavior," writes RSR.
"Never before has an exciting online shopping experience that understands the customer's lifestyle -- and how the brand and products can engage and suit that lifestyle -- been more important in the retail portfolio."
All answers will be kept completely confidential, and all retail respondents receive a copy of the resulting report prior to general publication.
